Terms and Conditions (Non-binding English Version)
Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded between
Hamid Aminirad, ResidenzstraĂźe 99, 13409 Berlin, Germany
(hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”)
and users of the software A11yBridge, available at https://a11ybridge.de
1. Subject of the Contract
The Provider offers a WordPress plugin that provides accessibility features for websites. Different license models are available (monthly, yearly), along with optional add-ons (e.g. actions or domain extensions).
2. Conclusion of the Contract
The contract is concluded via a third-party payment service provider Paddleafter successful payment by the customer. The download link and license information will be sent to the email address provided during the payment process.
3. License Terms
- Each license is valid for one domain.
- Each license is valid for one domain.
- The domain can be changed once per calendar month.
- The plugin must not be resold or rented to third parties.
- The license includes regular updates and AI-based support. (Individual support is available for enterprise clients.)
4. Prices and Payment
- Pricing is based on the selected subscription model (monthly or yearly).
- Payments are processed exclusively through Paddle.
- All prices include VAT, where applicable, according to the customer’s country of residence.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Delivery
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
The right of withdrawal expires once you expressly agree that the contract execution (e.g. software download, license activation) begins before the withdrawal period ends.
Refunds are handled exclusively by our reseller Paddle.

6. Availability
The Provider aims to ensure high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance work or technical issues may cause temporary unavailability.
7. Liability
The Provider shall be liable for damages only in cases of gross negligence or intent. For minor negligence, liability applies only in the case of violation of essential contractual obligations and is limited to foreseeable, typical damage.
8. Final Provisions
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin. Changes to these terms will be communicated to customers in written form. 9. Legal Validity This English translation is for informational purposes only. The legally binding version of the terms and conditions is the original German version.
