Subject of the Contract<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Provider offers a WordPress plugin that provides accessibility features for websites.\nDifferent license models are available (monthly, yearly), along with optional add-ons (e.g. actions or domain extensions).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Conclusion of the Contract<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The contract is concluded via a third-party payment service provider <strong>Paddle<\/strong>after successful payment by the customer.\nThe download link and license information will be sent to the email address provided during the payment process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. License Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The plugin must not be resold or rented to third parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The license includes regular updates and AI-based support.\n(Individual support is available for enterprise clients.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Prices and Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pricing is based on the selected subscription model (monthly or yearly).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payments are processed exclusively through Paddle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All prices include VAT, where applicable, according to the customer\u2019s country of residence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Right of Withdrawal and Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.<br>The right of withdrawal expires once you expressly agree that the contract execution (e.g. software download, license activation) begins before the withdrawal period ends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds are handled exclusively by our reseller Paddle.<br>In case of refund, please contact: <a>help@paddle.com<\/a> or under <a href=\"https:\/\/customer-portal.paddle.com\/cpl_01jskh650pny30qdcvtd8fy58w\">the following URL.<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Availability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Provider aims to ensure high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.\nMaintenance work or technical issues may cause temporary unavailability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Provider shall be liable for damages only in cases of gross negligence or intent.\nFor minor negligence, liability applies only in the case of violation of essential contractual obligations and is limited to foreseeable, typical damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Final Provisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.\nIf legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin.\nChanges to these terms will be communicated to customers in written form.<\/br><\/br><\/br>\n<b>9.
